Guards Supervision

Guards Training
Ironblock guards have gone through a basic guard training from reputable training organisations. After every three months our guards undergo training checks so as to ensure job fitness before contact renewal.
Guards Education
Ironblock guards are capable of carrying out duties of various nature through the ability of - Efficient communication skills - Minimum education of ordinary level certificate - At least 3 years and above working experience in the security sector.
Guards Vetting
All guards are vetted by the central intelligence bureau and this also helps us to check their criminal records, through finger print and name chase hence allowing us to enrol suitable candidates.
Uniforms
Ironblock guards shall at all times be formally dressed in our Iron block branded regalia so as to easily help identify security within your premises. All uniforms are returned into our custody when a guard goes on leave or when a contract has expired, which assists in avoiding misrepresentations to our valued customers by ex-employees.
